"I had the privilege of working with Yvonne for several years. She cared about her students. This was evident in the interest she took in them as individuals, assisting them in any way she could.

Of course, her priority was making sure they were progressing in their second language acquisition. She accomplished this by being prepared and always finding innovative ways to keep them motivated and committed to attending class.
